Description

Sustainable liquor project! It is the release of sake brewed by the unwashed rice brewing method that considers the health of the earth. An environmental problem that the world is raising awareness now. I incorporated it into the sake brewing we are involved in. The unwashed rice brewing method that Terasawa Bori has begun to work can abolish rice washing work, which is an important process for sake brewing. As a result, a large amount of water used in rice washing and the juice can be reduced when discharged. The amount can be reduced to one -tenth. While there are countries around the world who are suffering from serious water shortages, we focused on the low awareness of water saving in Japan, and the "unwashed rice brewing" was born because of the desire to send it to the world.
