Description
This is the latest sake in Tokyo Port brewing that is particular about Edo = Tokyo, all elements related to raw materials and manufacturing. In Edo, there was a forgotten yedo yeast yeast that has been handed down for a long time. This "All EDO" was completed after several prototypes using the yeast. I brewed Tokyo rice in the water and yeast in Tokyo, and in the land.
