Description

It is Edo Kaijo Natsu Sake! A refreshing sake that is perfect for summer reminiscent of Cleman de Burgundy. In the midsummer sunshine, you should definitely enjoy it on the shade terrace. It features a refreshing acidity using apple acid yeast. The flavor and taste of sparkling wine. It is a well -balanced sake that is fruity but not too sweet. The compatibility with seafood dishes such as carpaccio using white fish and raw octopus, or Aquapaza is outstanding.
