Echigotoji Namagenshu is an undiluted, unpasteurized sake from Kinshihai Shuzo in Niigata, delivering the full-strength character of the sake exactly as it emerges from the tank. As a genshu, it typically has a higher alcohol content than standard releases, while the nama bottling preserves vibrant, fresh aromas. Niigata's clean water and skilled brewing tradition provide the foundation for this bold, direct expression.
