Kinju Cup Sake Brewery, which has been running a brewing industry with the Muramatsu Domain since the Edo period Bunsei period. I used the clan name for this sake to convey this history to posterity. I wanted you to drink high quality sake with dishes, and I wanted you to be more familiar with Ginjo sake. A harmony of scent and taste. Ginjo sake that can be enjoyed with a wide range of dishes as a food sake.
