The combination of namagenshu bottling with ginjo-grade brewing produces a sake with both the vibrant freshness of unpasteurized sake and the elevated concentration of undiluted alcohol. Niigata's tradition of clean, precise brewing underpins the ginjo aromatics in this full-strength release.
