Description

Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 50%, this ginjo is part of the Darumamasamune Yakutoshi series, brewed using soft water drawn from the Mugi River tributary of the Nagara River in Gifu. Conceived around the tradition of using the sake from one's birth year as a charm, it is aged until it develops a refined, amber-toned character.
