Made from Nipponbare rice polished to 70%, this aged sake is designed to be drizzled over ice cream, offering a lighter profile than the Heavy Type. It uses a single 1998 vintage kijoshu base, giving it a clean caramel sweetness and gentle texture at 17% alcohol.
