Darumamasamune Vintagekoshu Showa62nen 1987nen - Junmai sake from Shirakitsunesukeshouten Co., Gifu
Description

This 1987 junmai, made from Nippon Bare rice at 70% polish, exhibits a silky, smooth character in which the initial impression evolves slowly into a long, spreading finish with the rice and koji presence that only extended aging can reveal. Room-temperature maturation at the Gifu storehouse preserves the natural flavor development without charcoal filtration.
