🍶
Description
Made in 1980 as a honjozo from Nippon Bare rice at 70% polish, this vintage is aged at ambient temperature in the earthen-walled cellars of the Gifu brewery. Long maturation draws on rice sugars and amino acids to produce the natural amber color and mellow depth that defines the koshu style of this brewery.
