Description
Nippon Bare at 70% polishing was brewed in 1989, the first year of the Heisei era, and has spent over three decades aging in the Darumamasamune kura in Gifu. More than 35 years of cellaring have produced the deep, concentrated amber character and mellow complexity of a mature koshu.
