Daisekkei Daiginjo Miyama Nishiki Muroka Namagenshu is an unfiltered, unpasteurized, undiluted daiginjo from this 1898-founded brewery at the foot of the Northern Alps in Azumino, Nagano. Using Miyama Nishiki and the pure subterranean spring water of the Alpine range, this raw genshu captures the daiginjo character in its most vivid, unprocessed form.
