Description
Brewed in Nagano Prefecture at the foot of the Northern Alps, this junmai nigori uses locally grown rice and pure mountain water. Its cloudy appearance comes from retained rice solids, giving a rich yet approachable texture alongside a fragrant, freshly fermented rice aroma. The palate is soft and clean, with sweetness from the rice and koji balanced by gentle acidity and a crisp finish.
