Daisekkei Umeshu is a plum liqueur made by Daisekkei Shuzo in Azumino, Nagano, macerating Japanese ume plums with sake and sugar. Using the brewery's characteristic Northern Alps spring water as the sake base, this umeshu from the 1898-founded brewery offers sweet-tart plum character with the clean mineral quality that defines Nagano's alpine brewing environment.
