Description

Daisekkei Umeshu Amakuchi (甘口) is the sweeter-style plum liqueur from Daisekkei Shuzo in Azumino, Nagano, made with Japanese ume plums macerated with sake and higher sugar content for a rich, round sweetness. From this 1898-founded Northern Alps brewery, this dessert-style umeshu balances the tartness of ume with the clean mineral character of the Alpine spring water base.
