Daimon Seizanryokushu (青山緑樹) Junmai Daiginjo, meaning green mountains and trees, is a Yamada Nishiki expression from Daimon Brewery in Katano City, Osaka. Founded in 1826 at the foot of the Ikoma mountain range, this brewery's ginjo-method applied to all grades and soft mountain spring water produce a sake whose name evokes the lush natural surroundings.
