Hattan Nishiki and Naka Shin Senbon rice, polished to 50%, define this tokubetsu honjozo from Bajoshuzojo in Hiroshima under the Daigorei label. Both rice varieties are Hiroshima-origin, giving the sake a firmly regional identity.
