Daiginjo Hyakunengura - Daiginjo sake from Ishikura Shuzo Co.,Ltd, Fukuoka
Description

Daiginjo Hyakunengura from Ito Shuzoten in Kagoshima is a daiginjo named after the brewery's century-old storehouse (hyakunengura), celebrating a long tradition of fermentation craftsmanship in Kyushu. While Kagoshima is predominantly a shochu prefecture, this daiginjo represents the brewery's commitment to producing premium nihonshu alongside its traditional spirits. The hyakunengura designation suggests the sake benefits from the character of its century-old brewing facility.
