Sparkling seishu produced using the Fukuoka-developed Fukuoka Dream Yeast in a pressure-sealed tank, yielding a natural lactic-acid-driven effervescence with a lively sweet-tart profile. The low alcohol (7%) and apple-acid brightness make it an accessible sparkling sake for those new to nihonshu. Awayura won gold at the 2024 Wine Glass Delicious Sake Awards in the sparkling category.
