Description
Azumanofumoto Sake Brewery's flagship Daiginjo is polished to an extraordinary 33% using Yuki Megami ('Snow Goddess'), Yamagata's prized sake rice developed by the prefecture for producing sake of exceptional purity. At this extreme polishing level, the Daiginjo achieves a fragile, almost ethereal delicacy, reflecting the ten consecutive gold awards the brewery has earned at Japan's National New Sake Appraisal.
