A Junmai Ginjo from Yamagata's Azumanofumoto Brewery, the Tenkyu Sakuraame is polished to 55% and named for the soft spring rains that fall with the cherry blossoms. Brewed in Yamagata's cold mountain climate, it offers the clean, fruity character and gentle texture typical of the Tenkyu lineup.
