Description
Named for Oishi Kuranosuke, the leader of the 47 Ako ronin, this junmai daiginjo shizuku-zake is the top expression from Okutoshouji, pressed solely by bag drip. Special A-district Yamada Nishiki milled to daiginjo level, combined with gravity pressing, produces an exceptionally refined and aromatic sake.
