Named for Yashibe, one of the 47 Ako ronin, this sanhai junmai uses Hyogo Yume Nishiki rice at Okutoshouji. The three-stage (sanhai) mashing technique and Yume Nishiki's characteristics shape a full-bodied pure rice sake with a firm, assertive profile.
