Description

Collected via tobin (18-liter bottle) drip pressing from freely hanging bags, this daiginjo from Okutoshouji in Ako is bottled without filtration or pasteurization as a muroka nama genshu. The combination of tobin pressing and zero post-fermentation processing preserves maximum fragrance and undiluted intensity.
