Description

Gohyakumangoku and Shinriki rice, polished to 60%, are combined using house-preserved yeast in this junmai from Funaki Shuzo in Fukui, brewed with clear spring water from the Kuzu River. The result is a rich, full-bodied pure rice sake with substantial umami and a firm drinking weight.
