Named after the historic Tsukumo Bridge in Fukui, this junmai from Funaki Shuzo uses Gohyakumangoku and Shinriki rice polished to 60%, brewed with Kuzu River spring water using house-preserved yeast. The blend produces a rich, full-bodied sake with deep rice umami suited to pairing with food.
