The label reproduces a National Treasure painting by Kano Tanyu housed at Nijo Castle in Kyoto, with usage fees contributing to cultural asset preservation. Polished to 60%, this junmai ginjo from the Kameoka brewery is made with organically grown rice and soft water, producing a full-bodied flavor with a smooth texture.
