Description
Polished to 45% and fermented to full attenuation, this junmai daiginjo from Tottori's Wakasa region shows a distinctly dry and acidic character unusual for the grade. Pressed by bag through wooden vats and brewed without blending, it is designed to be served hot, where warmth softens the acidity and draws out underlying sweetness.

The sake "Bentenmusume" is a type of sake rice (powerful, Yamada Nishiki, Tamai, 5 million stones, birdhime), and for each producer, and for each producer. In the order of preparation, the number "~ Bancho" and each liquor rice producer will be described on the back label and shipped. It aims for firm fermentation, and the taste does not collapse even if it is heated at 50-70 ° C, the scent is modest and the taste of rice expands. Please enjoy it with hot sake throughout the year with the same feeling as freshly cooked rice.
