A junmai ginjo from Yamada Nishiki polished to 50%, winner of the Wine Glass for Good Sake Award (WGO) highest gold prize in 2023. The sake is hand-crafted using the brewery's own koji technique to draw out aroma and umami, presenting ripe fruit sweetness, gentle acidity, and a persistent finish.
