Description
Genshu (undiluted) from the Reizan range at Yamamura Shuzo in Takamori, Kumamoto, brewed at 550 meters elevation on the rim of Mt. Aso using spring water that flows at a constant temperature year-round. The concentrated nature of genshu bottling preserves the deep, full-flavored character typical of this high-altitude cellar.
