Genshu honjozo from Yamamura Shuzo's Reizan range in Takamori, Kumamoto, bottled without dilution to preserve its natural concentration and depth. The Aso highland cellar, established in 1762, draws on pure spring water from the outer caldera to maintain the Reizan house style of clean, lingering flavor.
