Description
Reizanshinshu Harumachizake Sasanigori is a new-sake (shinshu) release with a light sasa-nigori (finely filtered haze) character from the Kumamoto Aso brewery established in 1762. Brewed with the soft, cool groundwater of the Aso outer caldera, it reflects the brewery's long-held emphasis on a clean, refreshing finish that pairs well with food. No product-specific flavor notes were confirmed beyond the classification and regional brewing context.

It is important to be a creator and a drinker. "Aso no Sake Reisan", which is repeatedly inherited and challenged, is the literal "Aso no Sake" that has been brought up and nurtured by the rice of Aso, the water of Aso, and the people of Aso.
