
From the Reizan lineup at Yamamura Shuzo in Aso, Kumamoto, this sake is brewed with the caldera spring water that defines the brand's characteristic clean, refreshing finish. The cellar, founded in 1762 and situated at 550 meters elevation, crafts sake in which the quality of the water remains the most prominent feature.
