Arupusunokaze Junmaishu

🍶
Description

Arupusunokaze (アルプスの風), meaning alpine wind, is a Junmai from Chouseisha Syuzo in Komagane City, Nagano, made with 100% locally sourced Miyama Nishiki. Founded in 1883, this brewery became the first in the Shinshu region (2001) to commit its entire lineup to pure junmai brewing, and this expression captures the clean mountain air of the Central Alps.
