Description
Aomatuhakutaka is a honjozo-grade sake from Hakutaka, a Nada brewery founded in 1862 in Nishinomiya, Hyogo, using Yamadanishiki rice and the mineral-rich Miyamizu spring water. Hakutaka is the only brewery in Japan designated as the sole supplier of Goryoshu, sake offered daily to the deities at Ise Jingu since 1924. The Aomatsu label presents Hakutaka's accessible honjozo tier, retaining the clean precision of the brewery's kimoto-influenced brewing philosophy.
