Description
Kinmatuhakutaka from Hakutaka in Nada, Hyogo, is a tokubetsu junmai expression distinguished by either its premium rice quality or refined polishing ratio within the pure rice brewing category. The brewery, founded in 1862 and the sole official Goryoshu supplier to Ise Jingu since 1924, uses Yamadanishiki rice and Miyamizu water across its lineup. The kinmatsu label positions this sake as a premium offering within Hakutaka's tokubetsu junmai range.
