Description
Kuromatuhakutaka from Hakutaka in Nada, Hyogo, is a honjozo-grade sake from a brewery that has anchored itself in the Nishinomiya area of Nada since its founding in 1862. The brewery employs Yamadanishiki rice from the renowned Yokawa growing district and Miyamizu spring water, which has defined the flavor profile of Nada sake for centuries. The honjozo category adds a small amount of distilled alcohol to sharpen aroma and produce the clean, slightly crisp finish expected from Nada breweries.
