Description
Tyoutokusenhakutaka is Hakutaka's highest-grade junmai ginjo under its core lineup, the choutokusen designation denoting the brewery's superlative selection. Hakutaka, founded in 1862 in Nishinomiya, is Japan's sole official Goryoshu supplier to Ise Jingu since 1924, employing kimoto-zukuri yeast starters and Yamadanishiki from Yokawa for its premium tiers. This junmai ginjo brings together the full depth of that tradition with the elegant aromatic profile characteristic of ginjo fermentation.
