Akitora Jummaidaiginjo Kurabiraki - Junmai Daiginjo sake from ARIMITSU SAKE BREWERY CO .,LTD, Kochi
Description

The “Kura -kai -only raw raw sake”, which was released only for the “Kura Opening Day”, which was held every year after the end of the sake brewing, was canceled from 24 by, and the store was sold only. At least three days of warming was required to prepare for the warehouse, but we decided to pour our best to bottled the finished liquor as soon as possible. The refreshing aroma of melon and fresh umami are attractive. It changes to a mellow taste over time.

ARIMITSU SAKE BREWERY CO .,LTD

Kouchi
The Ariko Sake Brewery is a small sake brewery located right on the Akano River, a clear stream in Aki City, Kochi Prefecture. The water of the clear stream Akanogawa water system has a soft taste, and alcohol prepared in this area is suitable for soft, swelling and kind sake, which is located in a dry place called Tosa. We are working on sake brewing under the theme of "food -drinking sake" that takes spare time and effort to "sake" and can nourish the mind.
