🍶
Description

This junmai ginjo, unfiltered, undiluted and made from organically grown rice, is aged a minimum of three years, giving it deep, earthy, aged sake character. Warming brings out notes of caramel, aged cheese, fenugreek, vanilla and white pepper over a minerally backbone built to keep evolving with further age. The texture is dense and velvety with a persistent finish.
