🍶
Description
Fragrant with ripe plum, honey, and almond, this umeshu carries delicate floral hints and a touch of vanilla beneath a fruit forward, candied plum character. Rich and velvety, it balances natural acidity against a luscious sweetness that lingers into a long, fresh finish. Made in Hyogo, this ginjo based umeshu blends the elegance of ginjo sake with the deep sweetness of ume.

Akashi Shurui Jouzo Co.,Ltd
Hyogo
Akashi Sake Brewery Co., Ltd., which was founded in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture in 1918, began producing sake in 1960. We are trying to create new value while cherishing the tradition that has been inherited by the company's motto, "Alcohol, laughter and happiness for everyone." Since 2005, we have begun exports specializing in local markets in the UK, including export efforts to develop a new market. Since then, the market has expanded throughout Europe, including France, and has been delivered to many restaurants and bars, including luxury department stores in London, stars with stars and rounds around the world. In recent years, exports to the United States have been exported, and as a premium brand, "Sake Akashi-Tai" has been loved to Europe and the United States as "SAKE AKASHI-TAI".
