Akashi Sake Brewery Co., Ltd., which was founded in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture in 1918, began producing sake in 1960. We are trying to create new value while cherishing the tradition that has been inherited by the company's motto, "Alcohol, laughter and happiness for everyone." Since 2005, we have begun exports specializing in local markets in the UK, including export efforts to develop a new market. Since then, the market has expanded throughout Europe, including France, and has been delivered to many restaurants and bars, including luxury department stores in London, stars with stars and rounds around the world. In recent years, exports to the United States have been exported, and as a premium brand, "Sake Akashi-Tai" has been loved to Europe and the United States as "SAKE AKASHI-TAI".

Prob needs some food - cheese board like cheddar or something harder, Turkey casserole like Gma C; like dry but almost too anise/baking spice; abv is there but doesn’t get too big
