From 2019, Aizu Musume has a "Junmai Ginjo Sake, which is prepared only with rice that has been removed from a single rice field". At the center of the sake brewing, we will store the rice fields every season as the fabric -limited Aizu daughter "Jo". The whole area and the fields expand Aizu Gran Kura area Kita Aizu -cho Team Spring Mud "Aizu Natural Cultivated Farmers' Association" 5 million stones worked by Junichi Hasegawa.
