Aizu Musume Jyunmaiginjyou Yamadaho - Junmai Ginjo sake from Takahashishousakushuzouten, Fukushima
Description

Brewed with Yamada-ho, the maternal parent variety of Yamada Nishiki, polished to 50%, this junmai ginjo is part of the brewery's annual series exploring rice varieties outside of Aizu-grown Gohyakumangoku. It shows a mild, composed ginjo aroma and a soft sweetness up front that shifts to a dry, focused finish.
