Wagauji Junmai Daiginjo Kumo no Ue is brewed from Yamagata rice at 50% polish and shows pineapple and strawberry aromatics, elegant sweetness, and a refreshing acidity typical of the fresh&juicy brand philosophy. It is offered as a lightly cloudy (usunigori) version with fine natural effervescence.
