Ginjo brewed with Gohyakumangoku polished to 50%, part of the Kirinoto range from Tsunan Jozo in the deep-snowfall Niigata highlands. The Kirinoto ginjo has received an excellence award at the Kanto-Shinetsu Regional Sake Competition, and the brewery's ginjo lineup has also earned IWC bronze recognition.
