Packaged in a tokkuri flask, this Fure junmai from Umetsu Shuzo represents the brewery's everyday drinking expression. Founded in 1865 in Tottori's Kitaei-cho, the brewery draws water from the Daisen mountain range and has brewed exclusively from rice and koji since 2005.
