Umaigana is Umetsu Shuzo's Tottori-dialect expression for it's delicious, and the label encompasses the brewery's locally farmed, rice-and-koji-only sake. The brewery, founded in 1865 in Kitaei-cho, presses all sake through traditional wooden fune for natural, unhurried extraction.
