Umaigana Yawaraka Keikai Tokubetsu Junmai from Umetsu Shuzo offers a gentle, lighter style within the brewery's locally sourced Umaigana range. Made with reduced-pesticide rice grown by local Tottori producers and pressed through traditional wooden fune, it shows its best character at a light warm serving.
