Junmai from Umetsu Shuzo's Fure (冨玲) line, pressed slowly through traditional wooden fune equipment at this Tottori brewery founded in 1865. All sake at the brewery is made exclusively from rice and rice koji, with water sourced from the Daisen mountain range.
